At Mental Health America of Los Angeles, we have been involved with Warren Riley and NPO Solutions and its predecessors for nearly 25 years.  Warren and his consultants have provided the kind of custom designed help that is very hard to come by.  He is equally skilled with strategic planning, operational consulting, personnel issues and management models.  In addition to the high skill level, Warren is the kind of person you naturally want to trust.  I, and my whole management team, consider Warren a friend as well as trusted colleague.
